Wrong Opinion Regarding Retreading

This Is The Wrong Opinion Regarding Retreading.

Many mistakenly make the judgment, saying that Cold Retreaded Tires are better and stronger than Hot Retreaded Tires, others say that cold-processed tires are more expensive than hot-processed tires.

This opinion is absolutely NOT TRUE, because the new tires from the tire factory are processed by the heat system, airplane tires are also only processed by the Heat Retreading system.
The wrong opinion above seems to want to say that the cold retread system is better than the new tire.

CONSTRUCTION POWER The tires depend on the Ply Rating (layer of thread) on each tire and made by the tire manufacturer where the tires are processed.

DEPOSIT OF Retread rubber depends on the working process and the basic material of the used tire.
BROADCASTING POWER depends on the quality of hot and cold vulcanized rubber
The relationship is as follows:

TIRE CONSTRUCTION POWER

For proper machining and good for Cold systems,
The construction of the Ply Rating on the tire must not be reduced, if it has been eroded or the Ply rating has been partially wasted, the results of the tire retreading work cannot be perfect.

This job can only be done through a heat retreading process, because the vulcanized rubber is still semi-finished and the tires will be printed according to the batik grooves in the molded mold.
The Cold System cannot work because the tread liner is finished or ready to use and can only be attached to a flat surface of the casing (tire).

So the difference is Cold Process Retreading is only choosing good Tire cases.

Currently, there are many business actors who are not responsible for imposing cold vulcanization processes on casings that are not feasible.

But there are also business actors who are not willing to do the retread process on tire casings that are not suitable, for cold or for hot processing.

Vulcanised rubber bonding.

Whatever the condition of the tire casing and whatever the process system is, the adhesion still depends on the work process, here the human resources who do their job must be properly qualified and responsible for carrying out the correct conditions according to the standard of work, meaning that the tires must be dry, clean, nail holes etc. patched, defects in the physical casing, somplak etc. must be closed tightly, there should not be any wind left even though it is as small as a coin, wind pressure and temperature must be kept stable, the length of the process must follow the rules.

CRUISING RANGE,

the most important factor is the quality of the vulcanized rubber, so it is NOT TRUE if Cold rubber is better than Hot rubber, remember, new tires use hot system retread rubber.
There is a question, why is the quality of the same rubber used in one vehicle but the usability can be different, some batik is still thick and some is thin, the answer is as follows:
In addition to the main factors, the quality of vulcanized rubber, many other factors that affect cruising range, among others, the ones we most often encounter are:

TIRE PAIRS ARE NOT THE SAME HIGH, so tall tires carry much more weight and pressure than smaller tires.

WIND PRESSURE IS NOT THE SAME,if the wind pressure exceeds the recommended limit then the tread of the tire tread on the road is uneven, but only in the middle, if this happens, the cruising power will be reduced by 20 ~ 50% than it should, this condition can be seen from the used casing which has been bald , is it only the middle part or evenly eroded.

Apart from the examples above, there are also other factors that affect the tire range.
